A Life Design Studio. Helping people’s life to be more fulfilling and meaningful.

Gudakesa is a Sanskrit word that means Conqueror of Ignorance, Darkness.

We curate free life-design workshops & mentoring sessions to trigger reflections, enrich your worldview, facilitate inner transformation and to make this journey of life more meaningful, blissful and fulfilling.

THEORY OF CHANGE

The world today faces unprecedented political, social, economic and environmental challenges. We believe that one can solve these global challenges by nurturing conscious, mindful young leaders.

Our efforts are shaped by 3 Design Principles.

FOR A SYSTEMIC SHIFT, THE FUNDAMENTAL UNIT HAS TO BE TRANSFORMED.

To change society, the individual needs to be transformed.

FOR AN EFFECTIVE SOLUTION, WE NEED TO ADDRESS THE CAUSE AND NOT THE SYMPTOMS.

A strong emotional, intellectual & spiritual foundation of each individual will automatically set them up to solve all other challenges affecting our society.

FOR SOLUTION TO BE TRANSFORMATIVE, IT HAS TO BE SUSTAINABLE.

Change in our worldview, our mindset outlasts & overpowers any change in external circumstances.

Our Work

Our workshops, T-Square Labs, and the mentoring sessions are based on the underlying philosophy of Bhakti Yoga and leverage insights emerging from different schools of wisdom.

The multi-session labs are designed & structured to help people overcome challenge of conditioning & consciousness.

Our Story

Founded in 2017 as a personal blog, Gudakesa has gradually evolved into a life design facilitator.

Having personally experienced for long the torment of a million distractions and confusions; as a lost student in the corridors of an engineering college, at the job fairs of a business school, in the corporate circuit; I am far too familiar with the discontent & discomfort that this lack of clarity & conviction breeds.

Through Gudakesa, I want to share what worked for me and helped me rise above the clouds of confusion. The urge to share comes from the joy of clarity, sense of purpose & desire to serve. Gudakesa, for me, is a way to grow further while paying it forward.
